The city of Toronto is among the many multicultural cities on this planet where one can find features and characteristics of several cultures. Here you have the opportunity to experience any culture whenever you like. Go to Chinatown for some Asian tastes and flavors or find Kensington Market if you would like to chill with hippies and enjoy some Jamaican sounds.

Choose from the several restaurants which offer you the cuisine of whichever country you like. You wish to eat pasta, rice or chili? There are Italian, Japanese and Indian restaurants where you can satisfy your appetite. After a nice meal find an Irish pub and have a refreshing drink and finish the night off with salsa dancing.

Asian culture seems to take over the world more and more as time passes, especially the Chinese culture which has unique characteristics and elements which is wanted lately. Chinese food, spa, shops and monuments are all part of a special culture. Sometimes the area can be agglomerated but the atmosphere is genuinely relaxing and laid back. Kensington Market

Also unique, Kensington Market is neighboring Chinatown and is kind of Toronto’s ethnical and creativity melting pot. The place offers shops with vintage clothing, street entertainment and art, upbeat music, organic food, cafes and lots of outdoor fun.

Multicultural food

As it was mentioned there are countless restaurants in Toronto which offer traditional food from every culture around the world. Let yourself be spoilt by the masters of traditional cuisine from diverse cultures and ethnicities. There is something for every taste. Try the vegan cuisine or one of the Japanese, Indian, Italian and Portuguese restaurants in the city. There is no wrong choice here, just follow your nose and appetite.

The Irish are famous for their pubs meaning, that it is inevitable to find one in Toronto as well. Before heading out in the night we suggest you have a drink or two at one of the many Irish pubs in the city. Pump up you mood with the legendary hospitability of the Irish and their spectacular drinks like the Irish Embassy or Murphy’s Law for example. If you want to keep it traditional, have a beer or whiskey.
