When it comes to holidays and vacations some people like to be lead while others like to take the lead. Around Toronto there are several trip and tour opportunities where you can choose what best fits your needs. You can explore on your own or follow a tour guide. Transportation also gives you many opportunities, for you can go and discover Toronto and its surrounding region on foot, on two wheels, four wheels, on boat or helicopter. No matter what your interests are, food, culture, history or you are just in the need of having some fun you will definitely find something of your liking. There are several trips outside Toronto, including Niagara Falls. Do not hesitate, set out and explore Toronto and its outskirts.

Waves, wheels and feet

Transportation is limitless in Toronto. You can get to all the locations by every possible ways. Take the bus for sightseeing in the city. Just hop on a double-decker and enjoy the view. If you want to take a trip to Niagara Falls or Ottawa take the Gray line. For those who prefer the waters instead of dry land we recommend the harbor of Toronto from where first of all you can enjoy a spectacular skyline and from where you can go on a cruise on the Jubilee Queen or the Tall Ship Kaama, the largest luxury boat of Canada and a Schooner boat with three masts.

There are several other cruising opportunities which take you to explore the surrounding islands. Do you like cycling? Do you feel fit enough for a cycling tour around Toronto? Day trips

Some things take a whole day to be seen and discovered and around Toronto there are plenty of day trip opportunities. You can explore the region on the Gray Line or rent a car and drive yourself around. Visit the Butterfly Conservatory and the wineries at Niagara.
